A return of the old times and original traditions of production to produce a sparkling wine. Pét-nat has an authentic craftsmanship and is batched in small quantities. A natural handling of wine.

The wine is often cloudy, due to the unfiltered bottling and the use of natural yeast, which provides a wide range of luscious aromas.

THE ALTER EGO

Fresh vibrant tropical mango aromas + creamy complex flavours

Drink clear :  notes of roasted cashew, dried chamomile flowers and dried pears. The palate is creamy, savoury and finishes concisely with a nice line of acid giving length.

Drink cloudy :  notes of tropical mango, sourdough and ripe fruits. The palate enhances riper fruit flavours. The sweetened finish finds  more volume and texture on the in-mouth experience

20 % Chardonnay from Limestone Coast
40 % Chardonnay from padthway,
20 % chardonnay from Adelaide hills
